What is Sophia's Grace Foundation Dachshund Rescue?

We work with a lot of dog rescues by doing dog transports, and one of the newest dog rescues we were fortunate enough to work with is Sophia's Grace Foundation based in Pennsylvania. It was created by Corinne Z. and named after her little dachshund Sophia Grace who passed.

Description
We founded our group in honor of a dear little dachshund named Sophia Grace. Sophia is a sweet little 12-year old dachshund who was rescued from a situation where she spent all her life without receiving any medical care. When she came into rescue she was severely malnourished, sickly and had to have nearly all her teeth pulled. Through the "Grace" of so many selfless contributors we were able to get her the medical care that she so badly needed, and had been denied all her 12 years on earth. She is now in her forevever home in Michigan where she is thriving and grows stronger with each day. It is in her honor that we founded our organization, and we will honor her with every dachshund we are able to help now and for many years to come!
