A great graphic novel collection: The New Teen Titans Volume 3

Recently on free comic book day, my favorite comics store, Third Eye Comics in Annapolis was having a sale on
graphic novels and I picked up a classic collection of teenage (DC Comics) superheroes called the Teen Titans.
Back in the 1980s and 90s, the team was re-engineered and reintroduced by Marv Wolfman, George Perez and Romeo Tanghal- the creators.
The characters includes Robin the teen wonder (Batman's protege), Wonder Girl (Wonder Woman's side kick), Kid Flash (The Flash's sidekick), the Changeling (formerly of the Doom Patrol), and it introduced three new heroes that helped make the book really awesome: Cyborg, Raven and Starfire.
When this series came out, I bought and read every one of the issues. Since then, I sold them but wanted to re-read them and get them back in my collection. I highly recommend this volume for DC Comics fans. It is the BEST the Teen Titans have ever been.
SUMMARY:
The original Teen Titans always stood in the shadows of their larger-than-life mentors—young heroes like Robin, Wonder Girl and Kid Flash saw plenty of action, but it was Batman, Wonder Woman and The Flash who ultimately called the shots. All that changed, however, with the arrival of THE NEW TEEN TITANS in 1980—and the lives of DC’s adolescent adventurers would never be the same!
Crafted by comics legends Marv Wolfman and George PĂ©rez, this all-new super-team featured greater dangers, fiercer emotions and more tangled relationships than any that had come before. The Titans’ celebrated stories have ensured that the names of Starfire, Cyborg, Raven and Changeling will be passed down through history.
Collects THE NEW TEEN TITANS #21-27 of the classic title as well as the pivotal THE NEW TEEN TITANS ANNUAL #1.
