Who Knew it was So Complicated? How It's Made Bagels

Tom's favorite breakfast food is a bagel. Preferably blueberry, cinnamon raisin or "french toast" from Panera Bread. Recently, our friend Ed C in Nashville sent us the Discovery / Science Channel's "How It's Made" Bagels video episode (5 minutes) to tell us just how complicated it is to make bagels!
I didn't know there were so many ingredients...and that the first bagel was made to honor a polish King. Fascinating.
and a bagel is 3.7 ounces each. Fascinating machinery and the production line. That's a lot of work that goes into these bagels. I had NO idea!
