Update on Cooper - from his new parents

(PHOTO: Cooper, left and Lucy, right)
Our foster dog Cooper is doing great in his permanent home! We're very happy to hear that, and I was touched by reading Bob and Arlene's (his new dad and mom) update: Everything is going great, Lucy (their blind 9 year old wirehaired dachshund) and Cooper are getting closer and closer. Lucy panics if she loses him - she starts frantically walking around the room, presumably using her nose to locate him. Cooper
watches the whole thing, as if to say, "gee - I hope she finds what she is looking for." When she finds him, she inspects him with her nose, which Cooper is fine with.
Cooper went to our vet on Saturday and of course he charmed the entire staff. On Tuesday, April 14th this photo was taken and the dogs didn't even have to be put together for it!
