Baltimore Comic-Con: Part 1: Pictures with Heroes :Superman, Guardians, Capt. America, Iron Fist

Green Lantern (Rob) and Superman
The Baltimore Comic-Con happened last week, and I (Rob) go every year to shop for comics and graphic novels (which I still collect and have since the 1970s), and I like to cosplay (dress as a hero or villain).
My favorite costume is Green Lantern, because everyone says I have the character's hair and body type. So, I put a Green Lantern costume together several years ago and drove to Baltimore in full attire. I met many other heroes and some villains. Here are some highlights from the comic-con...

Two women as characters I don't know and Spiderman

MANY CHARACTERS - Since there are now so many comics, and so many publishers, it's impossible to keep track of all of the characters and who people were dressed like. I photographed 2 costumed woman and a guy dressed as Spiderman, but I had no idea who the women were dressed as (although one could have been from Star Wars films).

THE BLUE SKINNED GUY - One tall guy had a blue complexion and a fin on his head. He's apparently a character from the movie and comics series "Guardians of the Galaxy." The Character's name is Yondu, and he is a space pirate leading one of the factions of "The Ravagers". He also appears in the film's 2017 sequel, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

GL and "Iron Fist"
IRON FIST - One teenager was dressed as the Marvel Superhero and martial artist called "Iron Fist." Iron Fist's origin: When Danny Rand was 10-years old, he survived a mysterious plane crash that claimed the lives of his extremely wealthy parents. Rescued by warrior monks, Danny grew up in the of city of K'un-Lun, where he endured harsh conditions, but also trained to be a fierce warrior. Years later, Danny returns home to New York, where he wants to reconnect with his past and take his rightful place at his family's company, which is being run by his father's former business partner. Danny hopes to restore his family legacy by defeating the people who threaten it.

CAPTAIN AMERICA AND PRINCESS - One dad was dressed as Captain America, and he brought his daughter who was dressed as a princess. It was so cute, I had to get their picture!
