Franklin now a tropical storm!

Franklin
 Like our Dachshund, Franklin...The low pressure area in the Atlantic Ocean called System 95L formed into 6th Tropical depression and strengthens to TROPICAL STORM FRANKLIN! - 3 other lows trail behind in Atlantic. Franklin at sea, near 37.9N 60.4W, 460 miles NNE or Bermuda,max. winds 40 mph, moving NE @20mph. 1006 mb. This Infrared image from the GOES-13 satellite shows all 4 systems this morning at 4:45 a.m. EDT!
