Quebec Blog #23: An Amazing Overlook and View of Old Quebec

Nick, Mike, Tom and Rob at the top of the highest point in Old Quebec City
In this blog about our visit to Old Quebec City, we'll take you to part of the Upper Town near
the wall that surrounds part of it.
It was just outside the  Citadelle of Quebec, also known as La Citadelle. That's an active military installation and official residence of both the Canadian monarch and the Governor General of Canada.
After the historic walk around the city we climbed to this high point that provided an amazing view of the Upper and Lower Town and the Saint Lawrence River.
