The New Normal: A 4 Dog Night

Tyler peeking out from under a blanket!
Since our foster dog Mack (an almost 12 year old black and tan Dachshund)

Dolly and Mack side by side
Franklin says: This is MY blanket only, Mack!

came to us last Monday, Oct. 27, he's fit in quickly. In fact, he plays with Tyler (our 5 year old black and tan Dachshund). He also likes sharing beds with Dolly (the Weimarnaner) and tries to with Franklin (our red, smooth Dachshund). But Franklin likes his space and doesn't want to share the bed!  The exception happens during the weekday mornings after Daddy Tom goes to work and Daddy Rob crawls back on their bed- but brings all 4 doggies with him.  Here are some cute pics from the daily morning routine!

Gift/Memorial Suggestions

Several of our friends have lost loved ones (human and pets) and we found that one of the best ways to honor their memory is to give to an animal charity.
What better way to recognize a life of love, than by giving another life a chance for love?
We donate to many animal rescues, but because we volunteer with
DC Weimaraner Rescue and Coast-to-Coast Dachshund Rescue, those are our 2 favorites.
Consider giving the chance of life to a dog or cat.
