Snow Fun

Given that we escaped big snows again this week, but New England didn't - I thought I'd share a couple of photos people from the Boston area sent in to, and a SNOW joke that our friend Jacquie in Boston sent. Enjoy!

Downtown Boston

That's a lot of snow in that Snowman!

Boston Common
FROM JACQUIE: "I just got off the phone with my friend, Mary in North Dakota.  She said that since early this morning the snow has been falling.  It is now nearly waist high and it is still falling.  The temperature is dropping below zero and the north wind is increasing making the wind chill in the double digits below zero. Her husband has done nothing but look through the kitchen window all day.      She says that if it gets much worse, she may have to let him in. "

Gift/Memorial Suggestions

Several of our friends have lost loved ones (human and pets) and we found that one of the best ways to honor their memory is to give to an animal charity.
What better way to recognize a life of love, than by giving another life a chance for love?
We donate to many animal rescues, but because we volunteer with
DC Weimaraner Rescue and Coast-to-Coast Dachshund Rescue, those are our 2 favorites.
Consider giving the chance of life to a dog or cat.
