Order a Dog Calendar to Benefit a Sheltie Rescue

Our friends Susan and Cary adopted a little Sheltie from the Northern Va. Sheltie Rescue (NVSR) in February 2009 and named him Bentley. They recently lost their Sheltie Sassy to heart and kidney disease.
They learned that’s 2011 calendar features Sassy and Bentley for the month of March.  Please consider buying a calendar as a gift.  Your money will go to support the hundreds of Shelties that NVSR has rescued over the years and provide them with a loving home and vet care until they are adopted!
The NVSR 2011 Calendar has 12 months of Shelties, Shelties, and more Shelties!  Each month features at least three Shelties in seasonal photos.  We still have some left, but they're going fast!  $18 each plus $1.50 for shipping.  If you want more than one, ask us to calculate the shipping for you - it will save you $$.  To order, send an e-mail to OR go online to:

Gift/Memorial Suggestions

Several of our friends have lost loved ones (human and pets) and we found that one of the best ways to honor their memory is to give to an animal charity.
What better way to recognize a life of love, than by giving another life a chance for love?
We donate to many animal rescues, but because we volunteer with
DC Weimaraner Rescue and Coast-to-Coast Dachshund Rescue, those are our 2 favorites.
Consider giving the chance of life to a dog or cat.
