Coffee News! Drinking more coffee may undo liver damage from booze

Since I'm an avid coffee drinker and love scientific studies, the latest one has some good news for people who drink alcohol:  Drinking more coffee may undo liver damage from booze.
Our friend Jacquie, also a coffee lover found this research- thanks, Jacquie!

THE RESEARCH:  Drinking coffee can reduce liver damage that's associated with overindulging in food and alcohol.  A new study out of the United Kingdom finds that two additional cups of coffee was linked to a 44 percent lower risk of liver cirrhosis.  Liver cirrhosis is potentially fatal and there's no cure.  Just one cup of coffee each day is linked to a 22 percent lower risk of cirrhosis

Gift/Memorial Suggestions

Several of our friends have lost loved ones (human and pets) and we found that one of the best ways to honor their memory is to give to an animal charity.
What better way to recognize a life of love, than by giving another life a chance for love?
We donate to many animal rescues, but because we volunteer with
DC Weimaraner Rescue and Coast-to-Coast Dachshund Rescue, those are our 2 favorites.
Consider giving the chance of life to a dog or cat.
