There's a lot of things that go into such a renovation as the one we're having done on our roof- moving all of the electrical outlets and cable outlets, and adding some of them in addition to switches takes a lot of work. Here's what the dormer looks like on the outside, currently:
Meanwhile, in the inside, the contractor has installed the drywall in the ceiling - which we've decided to make it into a Cathedral ceiling - and it adds a LOT of space!! It was a last minute decision, too, because the contractor didn't get a chance to frame the lower ceiling before we came home - and we both thought "This would make a great Cathedral ceiling!"
