In Memory of our Friend Hil- (1926-2018)

Tom, Hil and Rob on Wedding recption day
On Nov. 11, 2018, just shy of his 92nd birthday (which would have been TODAY, Nov. 30), our longtime friend Hil passed away, leaving his dogs Amy and Bamba behind, and 2 nephews (and their families).
Tom has known Hil for almost 30 years, and I've known him for 14 years. Hil officiated our wedding reception  in Sept. 2009 (Our friend Mike B. actually married us in June 2009).
He was married to his longtime (late) partner Richard (they were together over 50 years).
Hil always had a dry wit, and was always there for many who asked.
We enjoyed going to get him and taking him to lunch in Washington, D.C. and catching up on all the "gossip."

Tom could tell you many stories about his memories with Hil, but I'll just leave it this way, Hil and his late husband Richard were a wonderful couple and great friends of whose memories we will always treasure.
At least now, they're together again.
