| Old stairway rug/runner |
This
weekend we decided it was time to get a new rug for the stairway (a
runner) as the old one was 3 years old and was actually wearing out. So,
we ripped out the old one, cleaned the dirt that filtered through it
(yes, your stairway rug likely has a good bit of dirt under it), washed
the stairs and installed the new runner. Here are the pictures of it,
including the dogs, who were supervising.

ReplyDeleteThe three of us are also doing a good deal of remodeling...the sooner we can get rid of the burnt pumpking paint (with black trim) in the living room and the scads of mirrored everything all over the happier we will be!
Jacqueline- sounds like a good thing to repaint. Good luck! I'm not allowed near a paintbrush anymore because I can't control the dripping. I know, sounds like a problem associated with age. :)
