If you've been reading the blog over the last couple of weeks, you know I've been dealing with carpal tunnel wrist syndrome, which causes pain in the wrist. At one point the pain was so bad it woke me every night for a week before I went to the doctor. You can read about that in a previous blog. MY REVIEW: This is a great brace to wear at night. I've noticed a difference over a couple of nights of wearing it. First, my carpal tunnel pain has not awakened me in the middle of the night. Second, after wearing it a week at night, I found the carpal tunnel pain was diminishing. Now into the third week of wearing it, I can honestly recommend it. It's comfortable, has a padding inside for wrist support and velcro fasteners to adjust accordingly. I've used carpal wrist supports before, but this is truly the best one for night time / overnight wear.
