At 3 a.m. today, Feb. 9, the residents of Rob's hometown, Quincy, Mass. were all without power as a result of the great Blizzard of 2013.  Here's a link to a Video report made at 3:53 a.m. today from Quincy.
Quincy is a city in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, United States. Its nickname is "City of Presidents. As a major part of Metropolitan Boston, Quincy is a member of Boston's Inner Core Committee for the Metropolitan Area Planning Council.   NASA captured a satellite image  on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 7:01 a.m. EST. The two low pressure systems have come together and formed a giant nor'easter centered right over New England. The low is expected to move northeast today and snow should end in the Boston area this afternoon.

Gift/Memorial Suggestions

Several of our friends have lost loved ones (human and pets) and we found that one of the best ways to honor their memory is to give to an animal charity.
What better way to recognize a life of love, than by giving another life a chance for love?
We donate to many animal rescues, but because we volunteer with
DC Weimaraner Rescue and Coast-to-Coast Dachshund Rescue, those are our 2 favorites.
Consider giving the chance of life to a dog or cat.
