Book recommendations are always welcome, especially when it comes to mysteries, gay romance/adventure novels, superhero novels, paranormal or dog books. Recently, my friend and fellow paranormal author Vanessa Hogle recommended I check out her friend Stella Abel's brand new gay novel called "Y'all Come" so I did. This book was enjoyable from the start. The characters, the back story of a company in one of my favorite settings (the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee), and insight into one character's past trauma was really well done. You really hope for a great ending to the story and you root for the characters. The writing, the build up, and the climax (no pun intended) made this a very, very enjoyable read for anyone straight or gay. Of course, the hot, handsome, muscular cover model made picturing one of the characters easier... and is nice to keep looking at! 5 of 5 stars! - Rob
ABOUT THE BOOK: Roy Cole has done nothing but focus on his cabin rental company Southern Charm, located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, and that’s the way he wanted it. His heart was asleep, dead as a stone since the loss of his partner in a fiery car crash on the mountainside. Work with the three friends who helped him run the business and his cabin were his life now. Period.
Until during a Grand Opening Soiree for Southern Charm when they invited every mountain cabin owner they could contact to learn about their company. Sean O’Grady walked into Roy’s life and stunned him into wakefulness. Was he being given another chance to be close to someone? Roy was willing to give it a shot, Sean’s confident demeanor holding him steady, until one night another car goes over the side of the mountain.(Book 1 of Southern Charm Series) TO ORDER IT: https://www.amazon.com/Yall-Come-Stella-Abel/dp/B09CGKTM38/ref=sr_1_4?c=ts&dchild=1&keywords=LGBT+Romance&qid=1630270986&refinements=p_27%3AABEL&s=books&sr=1-4&ts_id=13922579011
