La Cakerie is an artisan bakery in Downtown Bel Air that features a variety of baked goods, cakes and cupcakes. Now that things are in full swing, the La Cakerie Grand Opening has been announced and is scheduled to take place at the Bel Air location on Saturday, February 25 from 10am to 7pm.
Jason Hisley, Owner and Executive Chef, is a native of Bel Air who graduated Bel Air High School in 2006. He has been actively involved in the Bel Air community through the sales of La Cakerie products in Main Street stores, as well as taking part in Bel Air’s newly formed Belle Aire Market and two upcoming events in March called Sweets on the Streets and the Chocolate, Brew & Wine Tour.
If you know Jason, you know he doesn’t settle for “just good.” So, be sure to visit Downtown Bel Air and stop by the La Cakerie Grand Opening, it will have a Mardis Gras inspired twist that you will not want to miss! The ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for 11am at 22 S Main Street, Bel Air, MD 21014. La Cakerie has two other existing stores in Towson and Mount Vernon and has been featured on Cake Wars, Cupcake Wars, and Cutthroat Kitchen. La Cakerie won Cake Wars in 2016!
