A Fun Local Maine Xmas Festival!

Recently we enjoyed a Christmas-themed outdoor event at a local Maine business. Today's blog is mostly pictures that may help get you in the spirit of the season.

The York Woods Tree & Products at 300 ME-236, Eliot, Maine hosts several events, and we previously attended the Halloween event. They always have food vendors, and this festival featured a LOT of local artisans.

Of course, there were also pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus, but we didn't opt for one - well because there were too many little kids and we didn't want to take away from them. Although Tom wanted to wish for a Jeep and I wanted to wish for a new pickup truck. LOL.

Vendors were selling jewelry, crocheted goods, dog treats, quilts, homemade soaps, chocolates (I HAD to get some), and more. The Christmas tree lot was huge (well, we have an artificial pre-lit tree, so we didn't need one).

There's also a big greenhouse with live plants and a quaint Christmas city display. It was a nice way to get in the spirit of the season!
