Tom's Plumbing Repair and Recommendation!

The new pipe Tom installed
If you have metal drainpipe under your kitchen sink, you may want to replace it with plastic PVC
pipe. Last weekend, Tom noticed that the metal pipe was wearing thin. So, after a trip to Lowe's he worked with our friend Will to replace it with PVC pipe.
As always, it was a perfect job (look at the photo right). I (Rob) wish I knew how to do those things! So, if you don't, I recommend marrying an architect because he knows how things come apart and go together.
The PVC, or plastic pipe won't corrode or thin, like the metal pipes do. So, next time you're under your kitchen sink looking for something, look at the pipe.
