I recently finished reading "Supergirl: Curse of the Ancients" by Jo Whittimore, and it is an original story based on the characters in the CW Network TV show that I enjoy. This is also book 2 in the series, and it's a hard cover. I would give this about 3 out of 5 stars - I liked it, but I didn't love it. It's about how most of Supergirl's city gets transformed into buildings like those back into ancient Roman times- and people are becoming more brainwashed that they have to act like they are living in that period. It's because of a combination of a demon and a comet passing by... Anyway, one highlight was that the author brought in a weird DC Comics character called "The Demon" who is a good guy that deals with mystical and supernatural beings.
Fans of the show would enjoy the book.
