Great Workout Gloves I Bought with Wrist Support (to help with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome)

I've been dealing with Carpal Tunnel syndrome for the last month or two and needed wrist support for workout time. I have purchased a nighttime wrist support, but because I work out daily my doctor recommended I buy workout gloves with a wrist support feature. Fortunately, I found a great pair and have been using them for several weeks. I highly recommend them!

They're called "Updated 2021 Ventilated Weight Lifting Gym Workout Gloves Full Finger with Wrist Wrap." They offer wrist support for Men & Women, Full Palm Protection and can be used for Weightlifting, Training, Fitness, Hanging, Pull ups. I ordered them on Amazon and they are under $20. They are very comfortable and fit perfectly. 

The cuff around the wrist offers great wrist support. 

They are also breathable, and allow for a great grip!
