The Justice League of America comic book series was at its peak in comics (in my opinion) in the 1970s and the DC Showcase Presents Justice League of America, volume 6 was the best of the best. It contains the original team up on Earth-X, a story that was used in the recent CW TV shows of The Flash, Arrow, Legends and Supergirl! Of course it introduced the Ray, and the other Freedom Fighters (superheroes of Earth-X). There were amazing stories with villains like Felix Faust, the Shaggy Man, Eclipso, Amazo, the Injustice Society and more.
There are also heroes I love like The Red Tornado, Phantom Stranger and Elongated Man that are included in these stories.
BEST of the volumes... I'll treasure this 500 page (sadly out of print) collection!!
