I've been reading and collecting comics since the 1970s, and love the classics. Two of my favorite characters are Superman and Batman and in the 1950s they were featured in a team up book called "World's Finest Comics" which ran until 1986.  |

The DC Showcase: World's Finest Vol. 1 contains the first meeting of these 2 classic heroes from 1952 in Superman #76! The issue was apparently so popular that DC Comics (then National Periodical Publications) decided to make the duo (and Robin of course) a monthly comic in World's Finest (which was already running).
This collections runs from World's Finest #74 in 1954 to #111 in 1960. The stories are short and always entertaining. If you like either character, this is a great collection (it's in black and white) of 500 pages. - Rob
