We need to respect Veterans and Children.
For some reason, one party (yes, the republican party) only cares about active soldiers and unborn children. Once children are born, and especially those born into poverty- that party chooses to cut out all assistance, just as they cut veterans benefits. There's something seriously wrong with that line of thinking. Veterans deserve the ultimate benefits. Living children deserve assistance and they don't get it under the party that chooses to cut education, health and assistance to the poor. Anyone that doesn't think there's a problem here needs to think again.
