TOM'S ARCHITECTURAL BLOG: Ductwork Hides Lighting

TOM'S ARCHITECTURAL BLOG:  

I (Tom) was attending an event at the Kensington (Md.) City Hall recently and I took this picture.  Note the lack of coordination between the lighting and ductwork.  It was so blatant an error that I had to share.  The entire row of lighting is obscured by the duct that runs the length of the building!  How foolish is that?  This is why I press for raising the height of the ductwork.
