What Texting Did on This Highway

Tom gets photos every week at work of "Unsafe Act of the Week." This one was just titled, "Are you still texting?" - Apparently this truck driver was sending a text message while driving on the fast lane of this highway (not sure of the location). Put down the cell phone!
