High pressure moving offshore today with southerly winds late today bringing warmer air to the region into Thursday and into Friday. A cold front will bring scattered showers on Friday before stalling to the southeast of Balt/Wash/northern Virginia on Saturday. A low pressure system develops along this front over the southeastern states Sunday bringing another chance for showers.
