2) MORE WET WEATHER IN BALTIMORE/WASHINGTON: It rained again today, and will again on Sunday, Jan 13... Since the first strong cold front swept through Oct. 24, it's rained every 3rd or 4th day. I'm really tired of rain, and the doggies hate muddy paws!
